ark Skalla is the founder of Fulcrum Fractional, a consulting practice providing Fractional CMO and COO services to scaling founder-led businesses in the $2M–$10M range. He works with growth-minded founders ready to break free from reactive chaos and build leveraged, sustainable companies.

Prior to founding Fulcrum, Mark spent eight years as the founder and CEO of a marketing agency, where he led strategic growth initiatives for a wide range of clients across industries. He has also co-created dozens of high-conversion marketing workshops, toolkits, and lead-generation systems, experience that now informs his Fractional CMO engagements.

In addition to his client work, Mark serves on the board of a national business association and advises multiple founders as a consultant and board member. This broad perspective keeps him connected to emerging trends and the evolving challenges faced by today’s entrepreneurial leaders.

When he’s not helping founders scale with sanity, Mark’s likely deep in a growth book, sketching the next version of a client operating system, or obsessing over how to build a business that gets better, and freer, every year.

He wrote The Leverage Point to give founders the clarity, language, and tools he wishes someone had handed him years ago, a guide to building something sustainable without sacrificing everything else along the way.
